Yes! We're both a brewery and a taproom at 75-77 Spring Street. Stop by and grab a drink (and light food)!
Simple! It’s water, not murder! Though most think “Kill” is a tad aggressive since Ossining is also home to the infamous Sing Sing Prison, “Kill” actually refers to the Middle Dutch word for stream, creek, or tributary... & there is a Sing Sing Kill that runs through downtown Ossining. You can walk a section of the Sing Sing Kill on the Greenway.
Our license was created a few years back to encourage NY farmers to keep working their land instead of leasing it to big petrochemical companies to use for fracking & other nefarious activities. Right now we are required to use 60% NYS grains & hops in each delicious batch we brew. See full NY Farm Brewery standards or read our sustainability promise.
Absolutely! We are kid-friendly, have a baby-changing station in our larger restroom — "nicest I’ve seen!” & even have a game corner to keep the little ones & big ones entertained. We ocassionally have family-oriented events as well. Check our events calendar for anything upcoming.
We LOVE dogs, however the health inspector does not. In our taproom, only service animals are allowed. Well-behaved pups are allowed in our outdoor seating area as long as it is available.
In addition to our beers, as a NYS farm brewery, we offer NY Farm ciders, wine, and distilled spirits. As for non-alcoholic drinks, we serve Blessed Brew Kombucha & Saranac sodas.
No, but the hard ciders, wine & distilled spirits we offer are gluten free.
Yes we do! During regular taproom hours, either Eric (the Big E) or Matt (Brewmeister General) are on hand to show you around. Ask your server! If you’d like something more formal set up, we can do that too — email kaitlin@singsingkillbrewery.com
There is super safe street-parking all around our hood — please pay attention to the signs & feed the meters accordingly. Meters are free on Sundays & after 6pm. The parking lot alongside the brewery is private, please don’t park there!
Hells yeah you can! You can take the Hudson Line on the Metro North & get off at Ossining. We’re a short walk uphill from the station, but hey — after a bunch of tasty beers, you can roll yourself back down the hill.
As long as the executive order is in effect, we will have a limited number of seats available on our "outdoor patio."
The taproom is part of a working production brewery & we store all our grains right there — we’re not trying to hide anything. Please refrain from climbing or napping on the grains. See more about our brewing process here.
We have two pristinely maintained, gender-inclusive bathrooms. The larger of the two has a baby-changing station (see above answer to “Can I bring my kids?”). Both are equipped with a state-of-the-art, first in Westchester County, Dyson Airblade Wash+Dry sink. We’re quite proud of them. They’re super cool.
We have a rotating selection of 32 oz. Crowlers of our beers for purchase. Feel free to bring your own growler to be filled & taken to-go.
The TaSH (Tarrytown/Sleepy Hollow) Farmer’s Market every other Saturday with Crowlers to go & various Beer Fests around. The best way to find our beer is in the taproom for now. You can also order our beers online if you live in NY state.
Yes we sure do! Shoot Kaitlin an email: kaitlin@singsingkillbrewery.com & she’ll figure out a way to accommodate you.
Due to our limited seating in compliance with COVID safety guidance, we are unable to take reservations. Seating is on a first-come, first-served basis.
Another one for Kaitlin! Send her your info: kaitlin@singsingkillbrewery.com, & we’ll see if we can make it work.
