We offer our own beers made on the premises as well as a guest farm brewery collaboration with Big Alice Brewing in Long Island City, farm cider taps from Warwick Valley Winery & Distillery, a lambic style wheat beer from Duncan's Abbey.
A selection of our beers are available from our refrigerated to-go section in 32 ounce crowler cans.
We also serve house-made sodas and Distilled Spirits from a variety of producers in the Hudson Valley.

Hazy Hopcentic Northeast Style IPA. Double dry hopped & unfiltered, this one will have you communing Gambrinus himself. You’ll fall into its trance, the tables will dance & time will stand still. Our Brew Master Matt conjured this beer with Guest Brewer Malissa of AWOL brewing in LA. Overtones of citra, simcoe & NY chinook hops balanced by 1886 Malthouse 2-row barley. Heavy doses of juicy citrus, malt sweetness & all natural carbonation give it a creamy mouthfeel.
What’s more NY than a classic Cream Ale? Ours is made with 100% 2 row barley from 1886 Malthouse & Cascades from Pederson Farm. It’s light & refreshing with just the hint of hops. All Killer no Filler. From grain to glass goes down easy the way our brewing forefathers intended. Taste the NY history in each sip.
Experimental Farmhouse Brown Rye IPA fermented with our farmhouse wild yeast.
Its spicy & slightly funky with a light tan hue. The hop bite comes from NYS Centennial hops also featuring 1886 Malthouse 2-row barley. Hearty Brown is a walk on the wild side. Lock your doors & close your blinds, Hearty Brown Rye is back in town.

Rye, Barley & White Wheat from 1886 malthouse make up the grist. It’s sessionable, with a pronounced malt sweetness & subtle hop additions. It’ll take you back to a time before the bitterness wars—when simply produced beers could roam the hillside & pastures freely. Representing the air, water & soil that lend this beer its own terroir. Who knew getting your daily grains in could be so tasty & delicious?
With 30lbs of locally sourced Honey, organic dried Hibiscus leaves, hand cracked organic Coriander Seeds & Bitter Orange Peel, this Wit beer is our take on a classic Belgian style. Light & refreshing with a tart bite of Orange Peel & rosy Hibiscus color. We used 100% NYS 2 row barley & aromatic malts. The light hop additions were all Brewer’s Gold from the Hop Brothers in Germantown, NY.
Milk Stout brewed with Milk Sugar, Oats & fermented with Organic Cacao nibs. Chocolatey, decadent & so smooth with that creamy nitro head.
