OUR BEERS

We offer our own beers made on the premises as well as a guest farm brewery collaboration with Big Alice Brewing in Long Island City, farm cider taps from Warwick Valley Winery & Distillery, a lambic style wheat beer from Duncan's Abbey.

A selection of our beers are available from our refrigerated to-go section in 32 ounce crowler cans.

We also serve house-made sodas and Distilled Spirits from a variety of producers in the Hudson Valley.

OUR BEERs: handcrafted on premises

SSKB Masher smash

ABV 5.78%

Named after our Softball team, The Mashers, this Pale ale is 100% 1886 Malthouse 2 row barely with 100% Centennial Hops from Pederson’s Farm in Seneca Castle, NY. Citrus & piney hop character dominate the aroma with persuasive bitterness. It’s a hometown home run for sure!

SSKB Dangerous Meeting NEipa

ABV 6.5%

Hopcentic Northeast Style IPA. Double dry hopped & unfiltered, this one will have you communing Gambrinus himself. You’ll fall into its trance, the tables will dance & time will stand still. Our Brew Master Matt conjured this beer with Guest Brewer Malissa of AWOL brewing in LA. Overtones of citra, simcoe & NY chinook hops balanced by 1886 Malthouse 2-row barley. Heavy doses of juicy citrus, malt sweetness & all natural carbonation give it a creamy mouthfeel.

SSKB too many matts DIPA

ABV 9.32%

How Many Matts are too many? This is the double in the series. It’s a big bold DIPA with plenty of hop character. Orange peel, citrus & grapefruit dominate your palate with Matts flying in from all angles you better watch your back & come correct. 100% NYS malts from 1886 Malthouse & dry hopped with Hop Brothers Chinooks hops get some Too Many Matts in your life.

SSKB Mueller high life kölsch

ABV 6.17%

Fermented cold & clean cut with a sense of purpose & a responsibility to the beer drinking people. The truth of 100% NY grain & hops will always shine through.

SSKB hearty brown rye ipa

ABV 5%

Experimental Farmhouse Brown Rye IPA fermented with our farmhouse wild yeast.

Its spicy & slightly funky with a light tan hue. The hop bite comes from NYS Centennial hops also featuring 1886 Malthouse 2-row barley. Hearty Brown is a walk on the wild side. Lock your doors & close your blinds, Hearty Brown Rye is back in town.

SSKB multi grain

ABV 5%

Rye, Barley & White Wheat from 1886 malthouse make up the grist. It’s sessionable, with a pronounced malt sweetness & subtle hop additions. It’ll take you back to a time before the bitterness wars—when simply produced beers could roam the hillside & pastures freely. Representing the air, water & soil that lend this beer its own terroir.  Who knew getting your daily grains in could be so tasty & delicious?

SSKB CHOCOLATE MILK STOUT
