OUR BEERS

We offer our own beers made on the premises as well as a guest farm brewery collaboration with Big Alice Brewing in Long Island City, farm cider taps from Warwick Valley Winery & Distillery, a lambic style wheat beer from Duncan's Abbey.

A selection of our beers are available from our refrigerated to-go section in 32 ounce crowler cans.

We also serve house-made sodas and Distilled Spirits from a variety of producers in the Hudson Valley.

OUR BEERs: handcrafted on premises

SSKB smoof 2: electric boogaloo

ABV 6%

This Rye IPA has haze for daze & all the hop character of a classic NEIPA. We used only NYS grains in the grist & dry hopped it in our fermenters to give it the aroma we all love. One sip & you’ll feel like dusting off the cardboard & windmilling all day. Super limited!

SSKB the hops have eyes iipa

ABV 6%

With 100% NY 2 Row Barley & NY Nugget & Cascade Hops in the boil, it’s got just enough bitterness to be old school, but we dry hopped with the last of our Yakima Chief Hops Veterans blend to keep the new school happy. It’s a crushable IPA that has just the right mix of dank to citrus ratio. Drink this one while you can because we won’t see it again until next year.

SSKB jazz famous ipa

ABV 7.48%

This totally relatable, down-to-earth IPA is brewed with 100% NY 2 Row Barley from 1886 Malthouse & Flaked Rye. The hops are a blend of NY Cascades from Pederson’s Farm & West Coast Mosaic Powder to give it just the right swing to move your taste buds. Easy sipping with a citrus, melon & piney flavor profile, plus a hint of Rye bite, it won’t leave you on the swirl-around in the blue yonder.

SSKB buckwheat multigrain

ABV 7.09%

We took our original multigrain recipe and added Organic NY Buckwheat to the grain mix to go along with the wheat, barley and rye. We then added 1 NY Cascades from Fowler farms in Wolcott, NY and Nugget hops from Pederson’s farm in Seneca Castle, NY. Still tastes great to get your grains!

SSKB killer cream ale

ABV 6.3%

What’s more NY than a classic Cream Ale? Ours is made with 100% 2 row barley from 1886 Malthouse & NY Saaz hops. It’s light & refreshing with just the hint of hops. All Killer no Filler. From grain to glass goes down easy the way our brewing forefathers intended. Taste the NY history in each sip.

SSKB BIÈRE DE FOURRAGE

ABV 5.78%

Brewed & named in conjunction with Matt K, our local forager, this farmhouse saison is fruity & delicious. The locally foraged Chicken of the Woods mushrooms lend it that beautiful orange color & a subtle earthy, savory character. This is balanced by the NY Saaz hops lightly spicy addition. Super limited & super seasonal. This is one beer to not miss.

SSKB MR. TROUBLE COCONUT PORTER

ABV 5%

Trouble is his middle name & kicking Bucket, that’s his game. Aged on over 5 lbs of hand toasted organic coconut flakes, this Porter is super sessionable with coconut overtones & chocolatey goodness. Pick it up, Pick it up, Pick it UP while you can.
