We offer our own beers made on the premises as well as farm cider taps from Warwick Valley Winery & Distillery and King’s Highway, mead from The Royal Meadery, and a sour beer from Duncan's Abbey.

A selection of our beers are available from our refrigerated to-go section in 32 ounce crowler cans.

We also serve Saranac sodas, canned NY wines, and Distilled Spirits from a variety of producers in the Hudson Valley.

SSKB The Keeper & The Kill Weiss

ABV 5%

Brewed in collaboration with Riverkeeper, this Weiss beer is brewed with 100% NY ingredients & crisp, clean NY water. It makes the best beer & is a resource we can’t overlook or take for granted. Notes of clove & fresh grain explode on your tongue. Protect, preserve & enjoy the taste of the Hudson Valley.

SSKB KLääsh KöLSCH

ABV 5.9%

Fermented warm then conditioned cold it’s a crisp clean drinkable 5.9%. Fans of lagers will recognize the yeast flavor profile immediately. Brewed with 100% New York grains & hops, grab yourself a cold one & enjoy!

SSKB killer cream ale

ABV 5.5%

What’s more NY than a classic Cream Ale? Ours is made with 100% 2 row barley from 1886 Malthouse & NY Saaz hops. It’s light & refreshing with just the hint of hops. All Killer no Filler. From grain to glass goes down easy the way our brewing forefathers intended. Taste the NY history in each sip.

SSKB Charlotte the ESB

ABV 5%

This amber hued take on a traditional English style Extra Special Bitter is malt forward with a firm hop presence that doesn’t overpower. We used 100% NY grains from 1886 Malthouse & New York craft malt & hops from Chimney Bluffs hoppery. Charlotte will teach you more than you know.

SSKB The Darkness Smoked Maple Porter

ABV 7%

Brewed Introducing The Darkness Smoked Maple Porter on our nitro line. This super delicious porter boasts 100% NY ingredients, featuring Catskill maple syrup from Ben at Roxbury Mountain Maple & aged cherrywood smoked malt from Ted & Patricia at New York Craft Malt. It’s smokey, slightly sweet, dark & intriguing.

SSKB 1st Anniversary IPA

ABV 6.5%

To celebrate our first year at SSKB we made this super juicy IPA. This bad boy is brewed with 100% NY grains & used no-boil hops. We triple dry hopped it with Citra, Loral & Ekuanot hops. Juicy, citrus & slightly piney this Hazy IPA is the refresher that will keep you coming back for more.

SSKB Cupid’s Victim Honey Hibiscus

ABV 5.25%

Honey & Hibiscus give your palate that sweet caress balanced by bitter orange peel & hand cracked coriander. It’s got a pink hue from the organic hibiscus flowers that were added to the fermenter & made with local hops grown right here in Ossining.

SSKB Pride Rye-It!

ABV 5.25%

Brewed in collaboration with The Ossining LGBTQ Alliance for Pride 2019. It’s a Rye IPA with smooth mouthfeel & a firm hop bitterness. 100% NY grains & used no-boil hops. We triple dry hopped it with Citra, Loral & Ekuanot hops. Juicy, citrus & slightly piney this Hazy IPA is the refresher that will keep you coming back for more.

SSKB Extra Erics Rye IPA

ABV 6.2%

This brew is crafted with 100% NY state ingredients and hops, with Nugget and Cascade in the boil to bring an old school bitterness to its 6.2% drinkability.

Duncan’s ABbey Haverstraw Bay Sour (Currently Unavailable)

ABV 7%

Fermented with yeast coming off Haverstraw Bay, this sour wild wheat ale is done in the Lambic style. In our younger batches you'll find a milder lactic sour note that will enhance with aging. Take this traditional ale anywhere you'd enjoy a white wine. Made in tribute to our little section of the Hudson Valley, it is always brewed with Tarrytown grown hops.
